high chair / "lazy" chair
This high chair relieved me of following gabby around while feeding her. She can finish a whole bowl of cereals or porridge when she's seated on it. She seems to understand that it is meal time and she has to finish her meal. But when she's in a walker, I have to follow her around, and there are many instances that her food always gets spilled or it never gets finished. Because she would want to play right away and she gets distracted with the things around her that she wants to get hold of.

The high chair is also her "lazy" chair. . . because she sits on it pretty much comfortably. . .
"chill, mom.."

laaaaazy butt...and she's not even a teenager yet..

very very comfortable...

she's practically everywhere
Whenever I need to finish some chores, I put her in the walker, and she would be all around the living room, dining room, and her favorite, our bedroom.. . yes, she can go anywhere on her walker. She has mastered maneuvering this device in every corner she could get into, even the narrow ones. . . and so, I had to hide every single sharp objects within her reach. And of course, I would block the areas she's restricted to go to such as bathrooms and balcony. One time, I got so busy multi-tasking on washing the dishes, doing laundry and hanging the washed clothes I forgot that I left the bedroom door open. I noticed she's been quiet for a long time and it is unusual for her to be quiet, so I checked and she was not in the living room and dining room. . .I found her in our bedroom reaching for my cellphone on the table. . . some papers and a towel (which I hung on a hanger in a cabinet handle) already scattered on the floor.

she likes to play with the vacuum cleaner

i always follow her around during feeding time and its messy

Before bedtime, she is at her most hyper mood. Laughing, and giggling, and screaming with so much delight. Once, we played peek-a-boo with her, we would hide under the blanket and her dad would call her name, she would giggle anticipating for her dad to get her. She screams with joy whenever her dad would lift up the blanket... from that time on, whenever she sees a blanket, she would try to hide under it. It surprises me that she remembers the game and actually tries to do it one her own.

Dont' be fooled with this little hand of hers. They're fast and heavy. It slaps your face before you know it. . .

mommypau: "ouch!"
Happy mood. =) Never fails to smile for the camera.

pretty in pink
I put a pink dress on her one afternoon and took these pictures. She just woke up from a nap here, I had a hard time making her smile. She is busy with her comb. . . very much fascinated with it. She always snatches it from me when ever I comb her hair. She's fast at snatching things now. She holds on to it more easily and transfers them from one hand to another. And of course, she wouldn't put it down without putting it in her mouth first. I should really be more vigilant in ensuring no tiny and sharp objects are left scattered around.

sunday afternoon
She's pretty much in a good mood here.
She wakes up at noon everyday. Her day usually starts at around twelve noon. I would feed her first then give her a bath. After that, I would put her on her play mat while I quickly do some chores. She can be left there for about 30 minutes maximum. She is pretty much well behaved all the time. But when she becomes bored, or hungry or sleepy, she'd be irritable and noisy. She likes to shriek a lot.
